Daya Concrete is an experienced company in the field of manufacturing and supplying of various precast RCC items since 1996. We manufacture and supply S.F.R.C. Manhole covers & frames, Conical Manhole Chambers of various depths, Low cost conical chambers, R.C.C. Pipes, Gulli-Gratting, Foot-rest and other S.F.R.C. / R.C.C. products as per IS: 12592 specifications to various builders & contractors in Delhi – NCR, Haryana, U.P. and Rajasthan.

We manufacture and supply SFRC Manhole Cover - Frame and various other RCC products as per different project requirements. In case of any special requirement our representative can visit and access the job on the spot.

“Daya Cement Pipe Company” established in the year 1991, formerly named as “Daya Spun Pipe” is one of the leading manufacturers of various types of Pre-cast RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) Spun/Hume Pipes previously based in Kakrola Village, New Delhi but later shifted to Jassor Kheri, Dist. Jhajjar, Haryana on 17th of December in 2000, due to the order of the Supreme Court Of India because of not being in the Delhi Industrial Area. The company is registered under Sales Tax (VAT), Provident Fund, Small Scale Industry (SSI) and Indian Standard Bureau (ISI).

We started this company with the idea of delivering higher quality products within a stipulated time frame to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. We manufacture RCC pipes with astonishing quality and using proper raw materials as per the ISI Standards to ensure we deliver a product of promising nature. We have various phases of production and quality checks to assure customers that the products delivered to them need not be doubted and can be set as an epitome of quality. High quality moulds are used for manufacturing these pipes which are spotlessly cleaned with a hand grinder and a wire brush after opening. The mix used for manufacturing is designed and checked at regular intervals. After the pipes are taken out of the moulds, they are lifted and shifted with the help of chain pulleys & trolleys and are kept in curing tanks for ensuring proper curing with the help of sprinklers also they are rotated on a daily basis.

We have a large network and transportation facilities that allows us to ship large consignments of our products in a satisfactory time and manner in different parts if India.

The RCC Spun/Hume pipes manufactured are widely used for irrigation, drainage, sewerage, culverts and even for cable works. They are highly preferred and suitable for such works because the can bear tremendous loads when buried even under roads without breaking, cracking or even leaking. They are a satisfactory solution for all the above mentioned situations as the easily last for an approximate of 100 years or even after that.
